Harish Rawat the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand
has confirmed with the statement that the Chardham Yatra shall continue and
the region is not much affected with the earthquake and the region safe and
sector for the pilgrimage. His Message was a line of great for the anxious
visitors who had planned for the Yatra. The Yatra routes will remain open for
the pilgrims without any holding reasons and concerns caused due to the quake
and its aftershocks.
The chef minister during his visit of opening
ceremony of Badrinath temple made this soothing and encouraging statement. He
mentioned that pilgrimage to the holy place shall continue without obstacles
normally. The minister mentioned that chardham is more than a heritage site by
virtue of its belief and faith of lakhs of Hindu pilgrims. CM as well said this
year he is expecting numbers to increase from india and overseas and most
important that is very encouraging for all the locals employment and the
pilgrims. He even made the commitment that government under him shall keep no
stone unturned to deliver best of the infrastructure and service and shall
ensure all to make the yatra a successful and memorable experience. He even said
that he has ensured and has assigned his top officials to ensure the safety and
security of the pilgrim. Before the door “Kapaat” were open he and his team
members participated with the morning rituals and even shared audience with the
devotees and understood routine problems and hick ups. CM has asked his watch
guard team to share with him the report of epicentre Nepal and remain alert. He
even experessed condolence to those lost and prayed for all those lost and
injured.
